Appointments
• An appointment guarantees priority over walk-ins but does not guarantee the exact time.
This may be due to the previous client’s schedule going over.
• There is a 10 minute grace period for your appointment. Please call if you are running late,
have to cancel, or need to reschedule. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be given to
the next walk-in client.

Services satisfaction
• We offer a 7-day guarantee on acrylic full set, dip powder, gel, and Gel-X (excludes refills
and regular polish).
• We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salon.
• We will not offer any refunds or credit because you have simply changed your mind.
• In the event you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us immediately after we have
performed the service. We will fix it to meet your expectations.
• No complaints will be accepted after you have left the salon.

Methods of payment
• We accept cash, all major credit cards, and Zelle. Gratuity cannot be added and must be
paid in cash.
• Gift cards are non-refundable, unexchangeable, and no cash back given.

Pricing
• Prices of service and other charges are displayed on the price list.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.

Health issues
• We request that you inform of any current injury, illness, and medical condition prior to any
service. That includes any allergies or skin issues. This is to ensure whether or not the
service can safely be performed. We are not liable for any harm caused by our service if you
do not inform us before the service begins.

GENERAL
• We are not responsible for any damages or loss to personal items.
• Children under 10 must be supervised and remain seated at all times.
